Katie N Ritter has a passion for helping women in their wellness journey. She started teaching Yoga in 2007. Her study in Geriatrics helped her to create a gentle approach to Yoga that focuses on stretching the muscles and ligaments and getting full range of motion in all areas of the body. In 2013 Katie began studying and teaching Pilates, and has found that core and pelvic floor strength are especially important for women in their daily quality of life. In 2017, Katie started serving women in labour and delivery by using her knowledge and skills in Yoga and Pilates. Finally in June 2018 she attended a DONA international certification to further her understanding of birth coaching, labour and delivery, and breastfeeding.
